Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
To run the platform features efficiently, we process the following data logs:
- Account data: Username, password (stored securely hashed via modern cryptographic algorithms), optional profile info description logs, and custom avatar attachments.
- Community activity: Comments, likes/dislikes transactions, suggested edit items, and localized logging of moderation choices.
- Technical metadata: IP address, client device/browser info headers, and connection timestamps recorded natively for abuse management and session safety boundaries.
- Subscription logs (Verified): Handled exclusively via Stripe API endpoints. We record Stripe reference tokens (customer/subscription) alongside active subscription status/tier. We never index full payment card details on our local database environment.
2. How We Use Data
Collected informational layers are used only within these operational boundaries:
- To handle routine website features (identity profiles, discussion comments, node edit proposals).
- To suppress malicious bots, handle automated spam, prevent platform abuse, and enforce general community rules.
- To map active Verified subscription metrics and assign visual badges accurately.
- To evaluate basic anonymized performance logs and enhance user navigation paths.
3. Payments (Stripe Integration)
Financial billing cycles are processed natively by Stripe infrastructure. Stripe may capture payment details and personal billing metadata according to their standalone privacy guidelines. Our server structure receives limited secure webhook data configurations required exclusively to attach the transaction to your wiki ledger record.
4. Cookie Protocols
We deploy standard functional cookie identifiers required for retaining verified login states and primary site navigation data. Interfaced third-party libraries (such as performance trackers or native ad units, if initialized) can allocate separate cookies according to their independent privacy matrices.
5. Data Distribution Restrictions
We enforce a strict data protection policy: we do not sell or trade your account informational layers with outer advertising networks. Log objects are only transferred when explicitly ordered by judicial court mandates or when vital to prevent threat escalation against our systems and participants.
6. Data Retention Life Cycle
Identity records and logged activities remain indexed throughout the operational life cycle of the account to protect the coherence of the wiki edit history log. Account termination processes can be requested by reaching out directly to system support parameters.
7. Your Statutory Rights
You hold standard baseline legal privileges to inspect, correct, limit, or wipe your custom personal data indices from our infrastructure. To dispatch an official data management query, contact our help desk via spravce3@hooligans.cz.
