Terms of Service
1. Community Content
This website operates as a community-driven wiki. Users may post comments, suggest edits, and engage in discussions. By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of what you submit.
2. Prohibited Content
To keep the platform safe and functional, the following content parameters are strictly prohibited across all interaction layers:
- Illegal content, doxxing, publishing private personal data, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse towards individuals or groups.
- Spam, scams, malicious links, or any attempts to disrupt the core service execution structure.
3. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content payload or restrict/suspend directory accounts that violate these guidelines. Administrative moderation choices remain final to ensure the wiki is kept safe, verifiable, and usable for the broad community index.
4. Verified Subscriptions
The "Verified" status is an optional monthly subscription securely processed via Stripe integration. Users can configure or terminate an active cycle at any time within the Stripe Customer Portal layout. Being Verified yields localized visual perks (badges, aesthetic options) and ease-of-use tools, but it does not guarantee item submissions bypass administrative verification pipelines.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are systematically processed on a case-by-case evaluation matrix. If you believe a transaction error has occurred on your balance statement, contact spravce3@hooligans.cz containing your registered account username and corresponding checkout email address log.
6. Service Availability
We work to maintain high application uptime metrics and operational parameters. Regardless, uninterrupted database path availability is not guaranteed. Server routine maintenance, network adjustments, or unplanned downtime exceptions can manifest, and structural features can be scaled or updated over time.
7. Liability
This network application environment is provisioned strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum boundary authorized by local law paradigms, the administration declines liability parameters for peer-generated logs, broken hyperlinks, or system variances resulting from using the site ledger.
8. Changes to Terms
The rules log can be updated cyclically to mirror modern structural features or updated legislative adjustments. Continued connection to the application space following updates confirms explicit initialization consent toward the updated Terms of Service ledger.
